Each month we provide our property management clients with an itemized income and expense report on each property. These reports can be emailed to you or mailed along with your net income check. For added convenience, we can even deposit your check directly into your bank account each month at no additional cost to you.
To provide our property management clients with better service, you may review your property performance after hours. You can view current and past property income and expense reports, move in/move out reports and other important information about your rental property. Our online Owner Portal is another example of Versaggi Management’s commitment to efficiently managing our accounting and administrative tasks and providing you and your tenants a superior customer service experience.
